Marketing Communications Manager
AVer is on the hunt for the best and brightest Marketing Communications Manager in Silicon Valley to work on our next generation of Video Collaboration Solutions. Were looking for a talented Marketing Communications Manager with a passion for social media, marketing, public communication, event planning, and creative writing. This role will support the Sales Teams efforts on end:user campaigns, coordinate with Marketing Designers to come up with the next eye catching creative design and keep our customers engaged and entertained on all communication platforms and events.

:Develop product messaging and marketing materials for new product launches, press releases, advertising, web content, printed collateral, newsletters, and other outbound product promotions.
:Coordinate and manage Marketing initiatives with Partners, negotiate contracts, ensure marketing material is consistent with AVer standards.
:Create new product messaging, key selling features, competitive analysis and promotional programs.
:Maintain, or update existing product content, messaging, promotions, advertising.
:Understand and develop market positioning, product applications.
:Manage Marketing relationships with Partners to develop collaborative projects, negotiate marketing contracts, track budgets, and ensure AVer messaging and design requirements are followed.
:Provides sales support: Coordination of product equipment, brochures, promotional materials for sales training and shows; coordination of special promotion printing and artwork for partners.
:Participate in multiple projects simultaneously and work independently : requires ability to prioritize, monitor time and multi:task
:Collateral management (product literature, flyers, spec sheets, etc)
:Copy writing and editing for web, social media, newsletters and various communications as needed
:Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business or Communications
:3+ years of related experience
:Experience managing third:party vendors
:Experience managing or collaborating with Partners
:Highly organized with the desire and ability to effectively track projects from start to finish
:Excellent oral, written, communication and presentation skills
:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
:Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce preferred)
:Demonstrate consistent reliability and dependability : be a resourceful self:starter
:Creative problem solver and a team player a must
:Willing to travel ****
